Born from the ashes of the highly successful Bourgeois Zoo,
Scuppered were formed in the summer of 2005. Peter, Andy and David
are joined by John Hodge of "The Call" Between the Scuppered members there is a long history of involvement in Folk music as performers and promoters. Based in Dronfield situated between Sheffield and Chesterfield
in the UK, the band cover material from a wide range of sources.
Traditional folk, 60’s pop, contemporary folk,
Country, Scottish dance and inspired, innovative original material
with more than a smattering of the bands enthusiastic humour thrown in
for good measure. Scuppered are available for bookings local to Sheffield and wider
a field. With a full PA system where required they are the ideal choice for Weddings, parties, Folk Clubs
and the occasional stadium
gig.
